It effects my workouts and I've been really tired lately..

Find your motivation. :-) Could be from anything, even if it sounds silly.

Have a rest/ really lazy day. Relax at home, sleep just chill. Or maybe have 2 days. And then go back to the gym and do a simple workout then build up day by day or until u feel better. I have to do that sometimes. Bc of going to school and work is stressful and takes alot out of u. Just don't give up completely :)

I feel. Try listening to some music to pump you up, that's what I do sometimes.

Eat good foods

Push yourself like your gonna die if you dont and dont stop till your hooked again....stop thinking start doing

I find a lazy sunday dozing throughout day helps setup for a weeks hard training
