Abs & shoulders

Those are THE two most difficult parts for me but worth it :)

Abs/shoulders are very tough to train, but the burn makes it worth while :)

Lower abs. Butt. Inner thighs. But I'd like to tone everything up!

There area couple different works outs I do to tone those areas up, squats, aductors, crunches and leg raises. Etc
