I did my own workout today. Almost caused me to throw up. Keep training but don't over work yourself.!

Throw up then...its only cause your not used to it and when your doing twice or three time as much you can still get to that..the more you push the more you get to throwing up point!

Ive seen highly fit people..push themselves to throwing up...if you feel faint to a break!
