Motivation is all good but on the down days when you battle to get out of bed at 4:45 in the morning for your workout then that's when discipline steps in without self discipline failure will creep in ;-)

If you try hard and be strong,you'll see results, but you can't notice them after 2 days of working out and be like it's useless,no results, cause for results you need time,workout for few weeks and you'll see them  :)
