I'm 20 years old, I'm 5 feet and 5 inches, I weigh 217 and I have 67 pounds to lose. What should my heart rate be during exercise and how many calories do I need to burn?

You can use fitbit, or myfitnesspal to help you get an idea of calories burn/intake. I use both : )

For your age your heart rate must be between 120-140 to burn fat ,

Your BMR is 1770 to loose weight you must eat 1770 and burn 570 so you can loose 1 lb of fat per week.if you want to loose 2 per week eat 2270 and burn 1000

Only a doc can tell your heart rate after you did a test. You should do this check to know your heart rate but also to be sure you're healthy enough to start with workouts.

Change your food. Drink more water, eat meals with less fat and carbs, but more vegetables and protein. Set a goal - when do you want to have which weight?
