What if you work crazy late hours and you eat dinner late? How can you do that and lose weight if you work and cant stop to eat at a decent time?
I agree with Joe it is how much you eat NOT when you eat, make sure you know your BMR and eat 500 call less per day to loose weight.

I'll just add eat a little often..like a caveman and you wont be eating big meals late! 3 meal a day is old news!
