What if you work crazy late hours and you eat dinner late? How can you do that and lose weight if you work and cant stop to eat at a decent time?

If you work out it doesn't matter what time you eat men are allowed 2500 calories a day your body will still process your food no matter what time of day you eat it stay active eat as healthy as you can ;-))))))

I agree with Joe it is how much you eat NOT when you eat, make sure you know your BMR  and eat 500 call less per day to loose weight.

If I am having a late dinner I try not to load it with carbs. Have good lean protein if you are eating late. You don't need slow release energy you get from carbs when you are asleep.

You got good advice...

I'll just add eat a little often..like a caveman and you wont be eating big meals late!  3 meal a day is old news!
