No, it's not okay. Why would you give up? To go back to the start? Just remember that your body will give up faster than your brain. :)

Keep up! The result doesn't come instantly. Enjoy the workout, do it regularly, and you'll get what you want!

Don't push urself too hard. The point is you have to enjoy it. Feeling fresh and sweaty is a blessing in each day.
