How much do you lift ladies?!
Hi everyone! I've only started lifting recently and I'm at 3kgs right now. I'd like to know how much all the other women in the community lift
Aah ok, squats I do with 40kg barbell; deadlifts 40 - 45kg; bicep curls 10kg dumbbells & 15-20kg barbell; leg press 80kg. These are all my max weights but during my sessions I usually warm up at 50% and work my way up
