Been going through a lot of stress lately. Trying to quit smoking. Starting this year off right. Gonna work out, tone my body and stay fit. Always have tons of energy, guess hen I'm not doing school work I'll work out. Gotta stay motivated.

Matter of fact....I think I'll work out now. I'm wide awake. Can't sleep and have no plans for tomorrow so I'll work out now.

That's awesome!! Make sure you you stay with a healthy diet also. This is a major contributing factor in gaining that body!

Just got this app. How do you work out with someone? Or are we just gonna do the same work outs at the same time?

Lol I'm afraid to to the arms work out. I don't have much upper body strength lol

Ok. I'm done for the night. Can't even finish any other workouts. Man I'm out if shape. Ill pick it up again after a shower and some sleep. Just realized it 1:30 am lol
