Hi Kerri! :) I'm 5"2 and used to weigh 120lbs. You might think that's normal but I had very low muscle mass. Now I weigh 100lbs and am desperately working towards gaining muscle. Good luck on your journey! I know you can do it.

Hi I'm 5'5 and I used to weigh 130-140 years ago . Then I got sick and weigh just started creeping up to 200- 215 for a couple of years. Since I joined and started walking here I'm down to 192 . So my dream weight is 140-150 ,
but my real goal is 160 - 170 that way
I know it's doable and not feel that I'll fail. Once I hit 160- 170 , then I'm going to be like,"150 - 140 watch out because here I come lolol " :)
Hey I'm 27, 5'7, goal weight is 145. I was heading toward my goal weighing 160 before I got pregnant with my son 3 yrs ago. Now I can't seem to stay below 200. I've been fluctuating between 197-211 throughout the year due to my inconsistency. The " I got pregnant" excuse can't work forever

Hey there, just started the work out. I'm 26 yrs old. 5'3 and weight 163. My goal for now is 140 but ideally would Like to be back at 130. I have a 4 yr old Dasher and after having her I just seem to gain weight. And what's worse is not having any motivation.
Hey everyone! I'm 5'6'' and weigh 179lbs aiming to get down to 160lb, then from there get back to around 150-155lb where I feel my best. Anything lower and I wouldn't feel healthy..I personally like the meat on my bones at that point lol. Started gaining weight once I found the love of my life (who weighs 125). Ultimately I just want to be more healthy.
