Hi people! I just started to use this app today. I am 21, was doing tae kwon do and later, kickboxing but i quit because of my busy schedule, for like two months, trying to get back on track for two weeks. I found here to be quite helpful, not just because the workouts are awesome, but because you can do them at home as well, no need to hit the gym or go to a kickboxing course all over. I want to be & stay toned, and maybe lose some weight while at it, and that's pretty much it. I would also love to have a workout buddy so that I stay motivated even when the college starts yet again. I am interested in shaping my whole body a bit, especially my lower body.
