I do heavy weights light weights. Squats deadlifts power cleans u name it . Seperates days to each body parts. At least 1 1/2 - 2 hrs on weights. And 6 months back started playing racquetball about 2 hrs for cardio. I love gym im there pretty much everyday but rest alot and sleep well anx i try to eat clean. Nothing working. Dropped frm 225 to 196. Im 6'1 height. Been around 193-198 past 2 months. Any suggestions?

Low weight, high reps to failure I would guess. Everyone's body is different. Pyramid workouts would probably work too. Change your regiment every quarter.

Sounds like you are only doing powerlifting exercises. You ever seen a powerlifter? They are huge, yes, but not that pleasing to look at (no offense to powerlifters). But they are just one giant mass. Do isolation exercises, focusing on the proper range of motion for each muscle with proper form
