I'm just now getting back in shape and want to incorporate Tabata into my workout schedule. Has anyone done this and what were your results like? I'm also doing this because I read that it would really help with training for a 5k!

Its awesome, u should try it. U should do sprints n squats if ur training for a 5k. Try planks as well for ur core. Good luck :-)

It's a very good workout!Anyway,for 5k you need training.After some time of hard training you'll be able to run 20k or more.
