After I finish my homework, eat some food and relax I'm going to do all arm work outs today.
Hopefully I can finish them. My arms are very weak lol.

u can doit when u get tired dig down and get mad to push those reps out

I tried but after I get to 20 my arms get shaky and I literally can't push myself up again. After 20, once I go do there's no coming back up unless I roll over and do a crunch to get up.

U can add partials when u are maxed at the bottom do little movments
