Well I was 336 lb of fat just over a year ago!
Now weighing in at 252lb with a chunk of muscle thrown in..
I got bored and started slipping and this app has boosted me off again faster than before I work on diet better and new routines instead of gym work..in fact I can do routines on the app in the gym.
I love boosting up other people as it boosts me to see them go for it...weather your just starting or advanced fitness freak..we are the same the only people difference are the ones still sat on the sofa with feet up...
