I notice all the excercises here that require weight are dumbell based for the most part. Is there a way to find stuff specific to only having workout bands? I'm finding that selecting home gym pretty much assumes dumbbells. Guess I'll just have to get creative and improvise to match the exercise with a band or find a place that sells a small used weight set for cheap.

If you have a variety of bands you can just substitute them for dumb bells in workouts easily.

There are a few band only workouts on here i think

Appreciate the link.  I've liked this one for easy access later.  Looks like I may need to get a ball.  But storing such a thing would be a pain.  Deflating and reinflating might help but would be even more annoying than having to store one.  Was just thinking of storing it in the garage but bringing it in and using it while its at freezing temps probably wouldn't be too motivating. Haha...
