Trying to get started
I have been going to the gym for about a month lately, but since I got promoted to manager......and work from 4pm-3am. I have to admit its hard to get a session started......and to finish it. Is there any workouts.....where after a long shift I can do that's challenging but not to much stress after a work?
Choose one and just do it. Working out is not meant to be easy. Not everyone is doing it, if it was easy EVERYONE WOULD DO IT.
Now stop making excuses and do the exercises.
