Trying to get started

I have been going to the gym for about a month lately, but since I got promoted to manager......and work from 4pm-3am. I have to admit its hard to get a session started......and to finish it. Is there any workouts.....where after a long shift I can do that's challenging but not to much stress after a work?

well congrats on the promotion there are many workouts that u can do as per your needs like 15 mim core booster abs & waterboard abs blast you should also select some office exercises from the workouts which you could do at your workplace as they are of short durations & they would recharge u at work

Choose one and just do it. Working out is not meant to be easy. Not everyone is doing it, if it was easy EVERYONE WOULD DO IT.

Now stop making excuses and do the exercises.

Workout before work. You will burn more calories throughout the day. Have more energy during your workout. Sleep better at night. And feel more focused at work.
