Skipping meals tip...

If you skipped meals on a daily basis then your body will eventually go into starvation mode and start storing fat to make up for the missed meals...need to make sure your eating atleast 3 balanced meals a day...if your body goes into starvation mode it is hard to get out of...

True that's why beat to eat 6 small meals a day 3 hours between em and mostly green veggies

Na a meal is about 300 cal you need that much or 3 600 cal meals.

Lose 30 pounds and turn rest into more muscle...I already have muscle as you can see in the picture but I want more
