First of all i want to say hi to everyone :-) . Im new in workout trainer, but even before it, i was exeecising a lot and ive seen improvenets very fast. Im using this program for two days and training hard on it. Okey when i introduced myself, i got an question. Im training waterpolo recently for one year and for this sport i need my hands and chest to be in best and strongest shape. In my history u can see what workouts i did and if u are kind, can u tell me an good and hard exercise for arms and shoulders ? U appreciate ur help,thx in future, have fun :-P
