New and Need Motivation

Hello! I'm new here and need a little motivation to keep me going through to my weight loss goal. I've never liked exercise very much (or any activity that requires sweating) so the idea is off-putting. However I know I need it as it is my only option to losing all of the weight I've gained from stress and inactivity. Are there any tips to helping me enjoy my workout sessions? I plan to lose 100lbs by my birthday as a gift to myself so I want this to be long-term.

Walking is one of the easiest forms of exercise. Listen to some tunes or find a nice park to walk in. It won't even feel like you are working out but over the long run it adds up.

Find a workout that you enjoy. Once you have your favourite workout you will look forward to doing it.

Watch what you eat, get a food tracker app to record your eating habits and lower calories by 3 to 500 calories a month
