Hello! I'm new here and need a little motivation to keep me going through to my weight loss goal. I've never liked exercise very much (or any activity that requires sweating) so the idea is off-putting. However I know I need it as it is my only option to losing all of the weight I've gained from stress and inactivity. Are there any tips to helping me enjoy my workout sessions? I plan to lose 100lbs by my birthday as a gift to myself so I want this to be long-term.
