So, I justed started using this app to stay fit and produce some muscle especially for my abs and arms. Im kinda new in the whole workout world so if anyone could give me some tips would be great :) and im wondering if there are any dutch people out here? Like, are there any good workouts you recommend or do i have to know something about how I do workouts

Okay. The most importent thing to keep in mind when you chose workouts here is to have balance in them. A lot of the workouts on here has to much core and to little back work. Make sure you hit everything at least twice a week. Remember that your front and your back needs the same amount of work. And don't forget those legs ;)
