I'M relatively new to this app and am really enjoying the wide variety of workouts. With that said I'm hoping that I can get some pointers on what exercises would be best for toning up. I don't really want to lose weight just tone legs, lower abs. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Henry! Burpees are one of my least favorite exercises, but I guess we will become friends now! Haha. Should I do the Tabata burpees 2-3 times a week?
