Hi everyone. I'm new to this app and I'm loving it. I'm 31y/o female and my goal is not to lose weight but to build and strengthen muscle. I'm already thin but wanna tone and tightened body. Just worked on my abs today. I'll be posting my pics and progress. Please follow me if you have the same goals as I do. Love :)

@Lee. Not everyone. There are many people who want to lose weight whereas that is not my goal. My goal is maintain my current wait. Plus everyone is not a female ;). Guys training have different goals as women do as well so that leaves you guys out too :)

Start your fittness journey ,Skimble app will help you a lot :-) First do regular exercise 30 minute and strength workout too ,After some time you will see results
