Looking for some forms of motivation. Staying in bed until 3rd doesn't seem to be done the trick.lol ideas?
I had exactly the same problem but you have to keep in mind that you have a goal to achieve even if that means that there will be obstacles on your way!once you get started and see the first results it is going to be a lot easier and workout will become a part of your life!!
Having a workout buddy ALWAYS helps ;)
