Welcome on board! What are your workout goals? I am also looking for motivated people. :) I am trying to workout 5 to 6 times a week, build muscles in my legs and tone up a bit.
I'm not very good with cardio and also look for workouts. Someone suggested jog on the spot, skipping, side shuffles, jumping jacks and rope jumping :) If I find a nice 10 minute work out I'll let you know
