Okay so you are doing 20 on the left and 20 on the right on the bar right if you are doing body building I recommend that you do 40 overall and have cabs before you gym for energy then after gym have like 2 raw eggs and eat more protein. And have no carbs for dinner
I don't think you can do that without protein. When you say protein you mean to say you don't want to have any at all as in both natural and supplements. Remember protien is key for growth I don't see how u can do it without it
Yes you can hey. Eat soya beans and eggs and meat you are sorted but you have to just make sure you maintain the protein level
