help hip flexor pain

So ive started back working out and its been going good . The only problem is when I do certain stretchins my hip feels like it locks up or like a cramp in the front of my thigh im guessing its my hip flexor. So if anyone has idea what this could be I would love to hear from you tips on how to improve this problem or what I can do to help relieve the pain

Hey Estelle, do you have a foam roller? If not I suggest you buy one, they are cheap and will help improve on your hop flexors as well as your general flexibility!

Agree with Cameron. You gotta try rocking the foam roller. They work wonders!

Im a go to walmart n see if they have them there :)
