Stay focused, set a target that is achievable, enjoy what you are doing and acknowledge every small change which will help you be motivated:-) cheers!!!

Setting a target to lose 8kgs. Got the motivation back but struggling to keep away from the sweets lol

I just joined this last night and have no idea what im doing lol biggest failure for me is motivation but im getting back into gym

I have trouble with that too but I have my own weights and equipment and home I think is way more peaceful than a gym. I have a huge subwoofer so music is a great motivator

Totally agree about the music being great motivation.  Im struggling to set this up on days I want to work out when I cant get to gym. Im thinking maybe getting some weights for home to help get back into it

Just crank out what you can, warm up as you need and to the best of your ability.

Good to see you progress... Slowly increase the intensity of your training consume good amount of water and for most important thing is to take adequate sleep.

Second work out done, plus my gym workouts.....feeling soooooo sore but the results will be work it !!
