I really would like to lose weight fast. Any helpful ideas please?
Learn to enjoy working out, otherwise you won't hold through very long.
You can walk and go to the jym hopes for you
As Danielle said several small meals throughout the day, eliminate carbs, sugar and processed foods as much as possible.
Also try lowering your calorie intake by eating smaller portion sizes and eating less. Don't starve yourself of course.
Also for exercise try walks and runs.
Buy a treadmill if you dont have one already and jog while watching a sitcom or movie every day or atleast 2-3 times a week. Also most importantly install the "MYFITNESSPALL" app and actually stick to it logging your food, exercise, and watch your calories. You will see results fast.
Excersize at least 30minutes or 1 hour a day, and the whole food thing is a good idea, eat small portions, but eat them slowly, let your body digest it! If you eat fast you're tricking your body into thinking you barely ate, making you hungry for more and more food shortly after :)
