I'm training for XC I can run 3 miles in 37 minutes no stopping (I know it's bad) any tips on how to train, tips, preventing injury, and gaining endurance fast? Thanks!

If you check out the link here it will give a really good training plan.

I was able to reduce my 5k time from 29 minutes to 24 minutes last year using this plan over 4 or 5 months,
