I'm totally the same way, and despite using this for the past few weeks, I still have to talk myself into a workout at the times I've set for myself. But I find that the shorter, 8-12 minute workouts help me to "get it over with", and sometimes even motivate me to do more!
I hate to look at myself in d mirror. I wanna get ride of my flabby torso n I think the only way is months of hard sweat and determination. So get your motto in place and sweat it out. Its worth it..:)
