Hello! New to this, already have some workouts im going to do, I guess Im using this whenever Im not going to the gym. Im not so new to working out, however some areas I do lack motivation, however I do sports, senior year yada yada, my goal is to hit 170lbs of muscle in 2months, currently 140lbs.
