Don't worry about "losing weight". Think of it as just burning fat. Your weight is misleading. Fat actually weighs a lot less than muscle. Just focus on doing more cardio and try to eat right. Fruits and veggies are VITAL to staying fit. Limit how much red meat (burgers, steak) you take in. Also, I would recommend ditching sodas. This is coming from an 18 year old who was very over weight at about your age, but I'm now in 1000X better shape than I was! I'm with you, man!

First of all, think positive. So, you just need to eat less/health, do push ups, run, then later on do some sit ups. Try working out each part of your body. Skimble can give you some nice body workouts.
