I am 22 and I've always been over weight (5'2 weighing a little over 150). I want to be beautiful and fit and just happier! So I'm starting with 10 minute morning work outs 5 days a week and 20 minute intense work outs 2 days a week in the evening. I'm also going to start limiting my meat intake. I will only eat meat with one meal a day, the rest will be veggie friendly. What do you all think? Does this sound good? Any advice?
Try to exchange the meat in your meal for fish, only try to have meat one day a week that way you will keep down your saturated fat intake.
I'd suggest also going on a multi vitamin if you haven't already.
A Multivitamin and one or two 2000 unit vitamin D pills every morning is a great idea.
