Hi,

You could pick a nice path and walk, jog or run it each day or at least 3 times a week. That's the best feel good exercise.

Hi.all. I am new to trying to lose weight. I have recently been.diagnosed w cancer and was told it would help me feel better. Any advice on motivation or where to start.

Find a running partner.I like running with a group.It doesn't matter if your a lil slow, find a friend that will run with you to take your mind off of running.

Cancer is a strong word these days...I think they should change the name to McDonald's no one would eat that junk then .. Im no expert on it but I know that exercise will boost your immune system and your help your body fight the disease along with medical help .. your motivation is right there exercise is your fight for life...I will happily follow you and try to keep you going :-)
