Is it best to workout even tho yr muscle are aching from day before? I always get thro it but don't want to do myself an injury
Better wait to recover then taking risk of injury.
Try to focus on different body parts on different days, it will give time for recovery as well.
Keep working! Just work a different muscle group

Be sure to be well hydrated, try coconut water since it also supplies potassium for muscles. Take breaks! Two days hard at it, then a yoga day to stretch and relax. Be sure you're doing everything correctly as well. You can injure a muscle doing an exercise wrong.
