Hi all
If I go pro am I buying all programmes or just the one I'm doing ???

There are two packsĀ 

Pro = unlimited workout creation. Access to the Pro section of the forum. Hq sound and trainers. The Pro workouts. No ads. A Pro batch on you profile pic.

Pro + = all of the above and all the programs.

I really unsure on weather to commit I'm currently doing a 30 day abb challange
A 300 press up a day 30 day challange
Boxing one night a week
And gym 5 days
Plus the free 5 min abb on here which in my opinion is really good

If you go to the gym 5 times a week don't bother with the upgrades. In my opinon it's not worth it as the programs are mediocre at best.
