How to train for my first 5k without lose my booty??

Hi everyone!!! I'm new here I'm training for my first 5k but I don't wanna lose my booty because I'm losing some pounds, even I'm making a lot of squats at gym. Any advice?? I really appreciate

Aside from the obvious (running, cardio) do intense workouts that get the blood puming , they don't have to go for long just as long as you find them full on. You need to train your body for this kind of thing.

As for your bum, do as many exercises that target the glutes as you can fit in.

I agree with Zac. Added weight to squats will help keep a booty "phab". Chat with a spin class instructor. You can build endurance, strengthen legs, and keep sculpted buns.
