I see a lot of different workouts on here, and think they are all beneficial in there own way. However I also see a lot of people talking about how much they want to lose weight and gain muscle. My advice to you: buy a skipping rope! I've been doing a skipping program for a number of weeks and it'd help me a lot, not just in those 2 aspects. Here's some other benefits:

Improved cardio-respiratory fitness, coordination, flexibility, symmetry, rhythm, and balance as skipping are both anaerobic and aerobic exercise. This is a form of high-impact exercise making it an efficient way to build bones and toning tights, hips, gluteus maximus, and calves. Also, skipping is considered as effective forms of exercise to prevent osteoporosis
