Getting to do my workouts is hard this week due to work, I worked 10 days without a day off and tiredness has kicked in, should I rest or do a gentle workout??? As I feel I'm gonna die with exhaustion Arrrrggghhhh

I find not exercising for a few days makes me tired. How about a bit of yoga? Then you're covering both relaxation AND light exercise. Something with plenty of stretching would probably feel good when you're tired and stressed, and help get you back into the groove.
