Need some motivation....lost the weight...just need mass and toning....nothing extreme...not looking to get big and bulky...

find some photos of what you want to achieve lets just use back as an example say you want larger traps and lats and delts look up some photos of a realistic goal not your dream back but a better one than yours currently than take a photo of your own back and in four weeks match or beat your motivation pics

Started on arms for a month them stopped....I just want to stay motivated

Join a gym and hit free weights and machines...loud motivation music on your  headphones!

An app called jefit can help with weight and routines.

Do a little each day and build on it. Start with 25 push ups before you go to bed and when you wake up. Then find an upper body workout here and schedule it several times a week. A small step will lead to a bigger one.
