Join a gym and hit free weights and machines...loud motivation music on your headphones!
An app called jefit can help with weight and routines.
Do a little each day and build on it. Start with 25 push ups before you go to bed and when you wake up. Then find an upper body workout here and schedule it several times a week. A small step will lead to a bigger one.
Got it going again....just gotta stick with it...
