All depends on what parts of your body you want to work butt, abs, legs, arms, you know focus on your goals first and then you can decide what's the best for you or for the parts of your body where you having some troubles :) feel free to ask if you need some tips when all are here to help and welcome :)

There's no best workout schedule,  it depends on you really. Time, diet, goals, ect. You can look up general women's routines to get an Idea of what you might want to do though.
