I can't seem to find a way to log a workout that I completed without the phone and the app open. Help?
You can't really I think, but you can just create your own workout, and then just do it.
You first need to create the workout within the workout section. I'm still trying to figure out how to add it into the app's schedule though.
Well you could download, like it, or...you can schedule it, can't you?
The issue is if I've completed a workout (without the phone) then create and try adding this new workout - it adds it into a calendar outside this app. To add it into the app I have to click do workout which is silly if its a 20, 30 minute or longer workout.
