My brother is 13 and wondering how he can get a bigger chest and arms without dumbells? What's a good workout he can do?

Straight bar is the best,Dumbells are the second best..

Push ups do the job, either elevate the feet or get someone to sit on his back

Can't really get a big chest without benching. Pushups will get his chest toned

Pushups and diamond pushups for chest and triceps
Chin ups for biceps
3-5 sets till failure (according to his fitness)
