Hi everyone. I'm in love with this app but not sure on which programs to start with. I want to loose weight and tone muscle. I've had a baby 5 months ago so want to start getting back into shape and start off with slow work outs. Will build up once body is catching up. Any tips would be very welcome! Thanks xx

Same here... gain weight too much... b4 married I only 59.5-60 kg.. now 70 kg.. I don't want to waste my young moment looks like an old lady... need to get rid this fat...
