Ok so i'm a young mother and after i had my baby girl i was left with belly fat. I really hope these workouts work

They have for me. I'm only a couple weeks in but have shed some weight. Also when you start to learn the moves you can build your own work out. Most of the people here seem to like to help. Any ?s just ask

I'm there with you! After my second child at 24 my body didn't bounce back. But I've starting the couch to 5k too: ) best of luck!

welcome, you can start with calorie counting,a new diet then some workouts. i started on here plus mfp,at first it started slow,then gradually it became a huge success..i am down 38lbs and still counting,though i have reached my goal weight i decided to lose more and its great. just go through the workouts and choose the ones that are casual for now before progressing to moderate and intense workouts. good luck dear. if you are on myfitnesspal you can add me up,maliyah7.
