I like to know if working out twice a day would be effective in loosing the weight.  I wanna do cardio in the morning and strgnth training in the evening.  I m 47 and i feel i goto do more to loose the weight.  Im restarting my workouts routine which was normally 4 time a weeks.  My immedate goal is 10lbs loss with a stretch of 20 lbs.  I have lost 10 to 15 lbs before and it took me forever...so i figure this maybe even harder

Its not really that hard as long as your macronutrients are on point, thats all there us to it,.. Do you know your macronutrients?? If not i can help you with that,

Macronutrients are ( carbohydrates, proteins and fats) all you have to do is find out your caloric needs and macronutrients and youll be set, i can help you, all i need is your age,weight,height and activity level,

Aileen your macronutrient breakdown is this, 1400 calories a day,
90 gm of carbs = 362 cal
166 gm of protein = 660 cal
42 gm of fats = 378
.. Now you take those percentages and portion them by meals,
Ex.. 90 gm of carbs spread out in 5 meals = 18 gm per meal,
It doesnt matter how you space it as long as you hit those numbers at the end of the day.. Good luck

I'm currently on the Paleo diet & working out twice a day, from your point of veiw is this effective way to lose weight & tone muscles?
