My brothers is 13 and has 5lb dumbells how many reps of biceps curls daily to get results??

12-15 but you want to do these slow. From the top of the lift aim for 7-8 seconds to lower back to the start position, take a second pause, then 2-3 seconds to lift them. Each rep would then take 10-12 seconds take a 1-2 minute break and repeat for 2-3 sets
