Workout with cold??

Not done much working out this week due to being ill with cold, feeling little better so is it wise to start again or wait till I'm 100%???

If your starting to feel better then do some mild fitness...nothing better than sweating it out of you plus it takes your mind off the cold and you end up noticing its gone :-)

If you feel good and want to do something, you can do as long as it's not fast running. If you're having fever, you may not do sports.
