Heyy ppl just starting with my sister in law and wanteding to lose some weight and streanth our core. Any good tips?

Stay motivated and never give up, know "why" you want to reach your fitness goal (make a list, read it daily), and workout (full body) 5 days a week, eat as healthy as possible, drink water daily :-)

Oh and still do full body but with more focus on the core, you will find plenty of workouts up here, I actually created one under profile, feel free to try it out
